- Your first visit includes a consultation and health-history review, a postural and spinal assessment, a gentle and specific adjustment, and a discussion of your personalized care plan.
- Care frequency is personalized to your body, your goals, and your daily stressors. Dr. Garrett will recommend a plan after your assessment and adjust it as you progress.
