A lot of people do not know that babies and kids get adjusted. In my opinion, this is the most important time to get your nervous system checked. Pregnancy and the birthing process can be a lot of stress on not only the mother, but the baby as well.
Medical interventions such as forceps, vacuum delivery or C-section can cause significant misalignment of the upper cervical vertebrae. The nerves that exit that area control the baby's ability to turn their head, latch, bond, and feed. Latching issues, digestive issues, ear infections, sleeping troubles, constipation, and developmental delays can all be affected by that misalignment.
For newborns, the pressure used is equivalent to checking the ripeness of an avocado — incredibly gentle, safe, and effective.
